A Potpourri of Vestiges Feature
Movements often get started with a single solemn step aimed at spreading awareness among the people with the hope of mobilizing them against an emerging crisis. One such attempt is made by Vince Augustine who quit his corporate job 5 months ago with an endeavor to spread social awareness about day to day issues affecting the society at large.
'Trash It!' is his first initiative and it took him 75 days to shoot, edit, present, compose and release the documentary. Vince was depressed and frustrated by the garbage crisis in Bangalore and so he decided to do something about it. He believes that the 75 day period was an epiphany for him.
Vince sees the documentary as only the first step. He wants to continue making One Man Movies with a Social Impact.
'Trash It!' is an honest attempt and will go a long way in tackling the garbage crisis in Bangalore. As readers, you can also choose to help the cause by spreading the word around. The full documentary is available on You Tube. You can find the link below.
