A Potpourri of Vestiges Feature
The trailer of Sonakshi Sinha starrer Akira is out just days after Sonakshi had revealed the second poster of her upcoming action film on twitter.
Coming from the director of Ghajini, A.R Murugadoss, Akira seems to be full of promise. The action packed thriller is the remake of Tamil film Mouna Guru and is produced by Fox Star Studios.
The trailer presents Sonakshi in a completely new action avatar. As the female incarnation of Bruce Lee, Sonakshi looks more rugged than she has ever looked.
However, Akira's biggest surprise is not Sonakshi's kissass college girl but the movie's antagonist that's essayed by filmmaker Anurag Kashyap. From the looks of it, Kashyap looks a real bad-ass.
Akira is set to release on 2nd September, 2016. The movie also stars Konkana Sen Sharma.
