15th PIFF has organized eclectic choices of musical performances every alternate day, on the Om Puri Manch. The Flamenco guitar maestro Carlos Blanco presented a fantastic hour of performance demonstration, with his English interpreter Monica, the flamenco danseuse.
Carlos comes from a varied guitar playing tradition. Classical, Flamenco and different folk styles mix in his rendition.

He demonstrated how guitar playing has changed from renaissance times (although renaissance guitar was different in structure – four course only).
It was an amazing experience to follow Carlos after ten marathon hours of movies.
