They say size does matter but in Ant-Man's case it probably doesn't. 'Ant-Man and the Wasp', the much-awaited sequel to the 2015 film 'Ant-Man' has opened to a whopping USD 76 million at the box-office.
The grand opening has ensured that the sequel is easily able to surpass the opning weekend collections of Ant-Man.
It is worth mentioning here that this is the 20th Marvel film overall and follows the grand success of two Marvel films this year: 'Black Panther' and 'Avengers: Infinity War'.
In terms of the weekend collections, 'Ant-Man and the Wasp' is followed by Incredibles 2 with USD 29 million and Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom with USD 28.6 million.
