A Potpourri of Vestiges Feature
Netflix today launched the trailer for its first licensed original film in Marathi, Firebrand, which will launch on the service in 190 countries on 22 February 2019. Produced by Priyanka Chopra and Madhu Chopra, the film marks the digital venture of their production house Purple Pebble Pictures.
Firebrand touches upon the concept of modern day relationships and its complexities, and this powerful gripping story will be available to 139 million enthusiastic Netflix members around the world. Directed by National Award winner Aruna Raje, the film stars veteran Marathi actors like like Usha Jadhav, Girish Kulkarni, Sachin Khedekar and Rajeshwari Sachdev.
